Please provide the following information to enable us to assess your loan application. The more information you can provide us the more accurate & speedy result we can obtain for your loan application.

1)   Identifications Passport (including Proof of Residency) & Driving Licence

2)   Proof of Income (PAYE: Employment Letter or 3 recent Pay Slips /
      Self-employed: 2 recent year Financial Statements)

3)   Proof of Deposit ( Investment Certificate etc any forms of proof )

4)   3 recent months Bank Statements to show the daily transaction history (Cheque a/c)

5)   6 months Mortgage Statements for all loan accounts (if any)

6)   Sale & Purchase Agreement (if any)

7)   Government Valuation or Registered Valuation or QV (if any)

8)   For Investment Property : Rental Appraisal or Current Tenancy Agreement

9)   If it is a construction Loan : Fixed Price Building Contract / Building Consent /
      Builders Insurance / Registered Valuation

10)  If the borrower is Family Trust: Deed of Trust

11)  If the borrower is company: Certificate of Incorporation
